The new Jolly Johnson's house was built in 2013 and renovated in 2020 by Lane Myers Construction, a custom home builder specializing in luxury homes.

The house combines elements of the Craftsman style, known for its emphasis on natural materials and handcrafted details, with the Rambler style, characterized by a single-story floor plan with a low-pitched roof and a long, horizontal profile, like a ranch.

The home has a small loft upstairs, a golf simulator in the basement, and also includes a spectacular pool.
