Where was Playdate filmed? Guide to all the locations

You may be wondering where all these New York State locations featured in the movie are, but Playdate was actually filmed entirely in British Columbia, Canada.
The film stars Alan Ritchson as Jeff Eamon, who reportedly shot the project in Metro Vancouver between seasons of Reacher.

Playdate locations
The movie opens with a car-chase sequence, continued later in the film, shot between Golden Ears Way and Dunn Avenue in Maple Ridge, BC.
The Maple Ridge signs appear twice during the chase.
The lacrosse match was filmed at the Albion Sports Complex in Maple Ridge.
Maple Ridge, set in the northeastern reaches of Metro Vancouver, is framed by sweeping mountain vistas and has become a favourite backdrop for countless North Hollywood productions.

The scene where Brian (Kevin James) talks to his wife, Emily (Sarah Chalke), was filmed nearby in the car park of Planet Ice in Maple Ridge.

Hollywood North Buzz reported that the movie was filming at a house on Boulevard in North Vancouver.
The establishing shot of the office building is simply stock footage from The Gateway Towers in Hong Kong.
The same applies to the exterior of the Jennings family house — it’s just a clip of a paperboy taken from a stock-images website.

The Buckee Cheese amusement centre exterior and the parking scenes were filmed at the Cineplex Odeon Meadowtown Cinemas in Pitt Meadows.

The production used a storefront on 224 Street in Maple Ridge, which was redressed to appear as the Sugar Addict candy store.

Jim’s Pizza is on the same street in Maple Ridge, just one block from the candy store.

This other parking lot scene was filmed at the Haney Place Mall, also in Maple Ridge.

The fictional Lone Pine Retirement Community was filmed on Sundance Crescent, in the area of the Capilano Indian Reserve No. 5 in West Vancouver.
The bridge visible in the background is Vancouver’s iconic, massive Lions Gate Bridge.

On the way back, they cross the Golden Ears Bridge, located quite far from West Vancouver, connecting Langley and Surrey with Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows.
Opened in 2009, this major six-lane cable-stayed bridge, known for its striking white towers, was built to improve regional traffic flow and reduce travel times across the eastern Fraser Valley.

A location very easy to spot: the Burnaby Lake Rugby Club in Burnaby, BC.

The bridge is the Golden Ears Bridge connecting Pitt Meadows and Maple Ridge to Langley and Surrey on the south side of the Fraser River.

Part of the drive is in the Abbotsford Sumas Flats area. Notice all the blueberry bushes and the mountains.

The Vancouver area is a great location... we have rainforest, desert, lakes, mountains, ocean, and the greatest people around!
Okay, I'm a little biased. Lol
We love our film studios and our friends to the south, so come back any time.

All the scenes in the warehouse are filmed in a blueberry packing facility. The previous comment about Sumas flats is incorrect; however, the blueberry fields are correct. You will also see cranberry fields in the background, as well as a golf course... hint, hint.

Pretty sure the Police Station scene is the Township of Langley city hall on 200th.
