The Sullivan's Crossing location

The Harold T. Barrett Fun Forest Camp on Beaver Bank Lake served as the Sullivan's Crossing campground.
Established in 2000, this Scouts Canada–operated facility sits on a 5-acre property located roughly 16 miles (25 km) north of downtown Halifax.
The camp is currently not open to the public, providing plenty of space for filming.

Sully's gorgeous house is on Five Islands Lake in Hubley, located about 9 miles (15 km) west of downtown Halifax.
According to real estate agents, this four-bedroom, two-storey lakefront home had a price tag of $750,000 in 2020.

Shandon's Diner is actually the casual Jewish-style delicatessen and restaurant Hali Deli near Downtown Halifax.
The interior scenes were also filmed on location at this diner-style eatery, featuring retro old-world decor and a beautifully detailed ceiling.

Sully's campsite season opening party in the third episode, "Detours", was filmed at the Hatfield Farm lodge in Hammonds Plains.

This map, featured in the same episode, gives us insight into Timberlake’s geography.
The town appears to be located near Fern Hill, a small rural locality between Popes Harbour and Spry Harbour on Nova Scotia’s Eastern Shore—although in the series, Timberlake is shown beside a lake, not the ocean.

The waterfall in the seventh episode, "Second Chances," is Indian Falls near Newburne in Lunenburg County, a lovely 10–15 ft waterfall on the North Branch LaHave River.

The bar where Cal gets punched in the face by Andrew after a poker game (season 1, episode 7) is called Boondocks Restaurant and is situated at the Government Wharf Road in Eastern Passage. The same place where Rafe took Sydney for a motorcycle ride.
