Have you ever had a lucid dream? Have you experienced an out-of-body astral projection of yourself? The six-part Netflix series is a twisted psychological thriller based on the best-selling book by Sarah Pinborough.
Set and filmed in London, Brighton, and Scotland, Behind Her Eyes features an impressive house and several interesting locations.

The story follows Simona Brown as Louise Bardsley (Kiss Me First, The Little Drummer Girl). She is a single mother who gets involved in a strange love triangle after she has an affair with her psychiatrist boss Dr. David Ferguson, played by Tom Bateman (Beecham House, Murder on the Orient Express).
Lurking in the background of their relationship is David's wife Adele Campbell, played by the daughter of U2 frontman Bono, Eve Hewson (The Luminaries, The Knick). Robert Aramayo is Rob Hoyle, an old friend that Adele meets at a psychiatric home.

The series begins with Louise and David meeting by chance at the Clerkenwell Grind coffee and cocktails bar located at 2-4 Old Street in central London.
According to Google Maps, this site is now permanently closed.
Located at Coldfall Ave in Muswell Hill (London), the Coldfall Primary School doubles as the Kinbridge Primary School.

The Behind Her Eyes House
Adele and David live in a magnificent urban villa with a large garden. The street sign reads 198 Maddison Terrace, situated in the expensive and gentrified London Borough of Islington.
However, this is a fictional address - the real house is located at 198 Goldhurst Terrace in South Hampstead. This 3-bedroom detached house has an approximate market value of one million and a half pounds.
Adam's school (Louise's son played by Tyler Howitt), the Kinbridge Primary School, was also made up for the show.

On the other hand, Condé Nast reported that Louise’s home, with its peculiar balcony, is the Aubert Court building in Highbury.

Adele and Louise collide in the corner of Hazellville and Dresden Road in Highgate, where After Life is filmed.
However, they end up having coffee a bit far from there, at the Fink's Salt and Sweet bar at 70 Mountgrove Rd in Finsbury Park.

In the second episode, the girls strengthen their friendship by joining the same gym and visiting the Ironmonger Row Baths at 1 Norman Street, at the heart of southern Islington.
Built in 1931, this former public wash house was later upgraded to a Victorian-style Turkish bath.

The coolest location of Behind Her Eyes is Adele Campbell's family home. The fictional Fairdale Estate near Perth in the series, is the Ardkinglas historic mansion.
Situated on the shores of Loch Fyne in Argyll, about an hour and a half drive northwest from Glasgow, the property is surrounded by spectacular mountains and forests.
The Ardkinglas Estate expands 4800 hectares and includes the Woodland Garden, open all the year round for visiting. The burned wing of the manor was created using CGI effects.

The interior scenes were also filmed in this magnificent A-listed building, completed in 1907 following a Gothic Revival design by architect Sir Robert Lorimer.
The house is still a private family home and although not open to the public regularly, is available to celebrate weddings, special celebrations, and other events.
Also, a private tour can be booked at any time of the year. According to MovieMaps, many more productions have been filmed in Ardkinglas including Sense8, The Water Horse, The Crow Road, and EastEnders.
The online magazine The Tab reported that the gardens where Adele and Louise have a cup of tea in the third episode "The First Door" is the Clissold Park in Stoke Newington.
The Clissold House is a beautiful 18th-century mansion housing a lovely cafe. The park in the fourth episode is Hampstead Heath, the main filming location of Ricky Gervais' series After Life.

In the last episode, Louise travels to Brighton to talk to Marianne (played by Eva Birthistle, who appeared recently in Fate: The Winx Saga series).
The Cosiez Café is an actual restaurant located at 43 Upper St James's St in Kemptown, Brighton.

Before the crazy double twist ending, David and Louise meet outside London King's Cross railway station.
One of the last scenes is filmed in Lamb's Conduit St, between Holborn Police Station and Knockbox Coffee.

I’d like to know who the interior designer was for the couple’s London home. The use of muted greens took my breath away.

The house mentioned is 198 Goldhurst Terrace, South Hampstead. It had an approximate value of £1.5m in 2008. It is now worth somewhere between £5.5m to £6.5m!!! I know because I live on the same street in a much smaller flat.
