The first installment of Netflix's The Kissing Booth trilogy was primarily filmed in Cape Town, South Africa.

Some parts of the popular teen comedy were actually shot in California, where most of the action takes place.

The cast Joey King and Jacob Elordi

Joey King (The act, The Conjuring) leads the cast as Elle Evans. Australian actor Jacob Elordi (Euphoria, Deep Water) plays Elle's secret crush, the hottest boy in high school, Noah Flynn. Joel Courtney (The Messengers, The Empty Man) is Elle's best friend and Noah's younger brother, Lee Flynn.

Here is our guide to all the filming locations of the first part of the trilogy.
