If you are not too young, probably you have seen at some point the cartoon scene with two lovely dogs eating spaghetti and meatballs in a romantic setting. Lady and the Tramp is a new remake of the 1955 acclaimed Disney animated classic masterpiece.

Mixing lots of CGI with live-action, real dogs (some of them rescue cases) and people, this is a love story set in an undetermined city in the 1910's. Lady is voiced by Tessa Thompson and Tramp is Justin Theroux. Janelle MonĂ¡e (Peg the Pekingese), Benedict Wong (Bull), Sam Elliott (Trusty), Ashley Jensen (Jock) and Clancy Brown (Isaac) complete the main voice cast. Thomas Mann and Kiersey Clemons are the human couple Jim and Darling.

This production, that is not receiving a theatrical release, is the main highlight along with The Mandalorian series of the brand new streaming platform Disney+. Lady and the Tramp was entirely filmed in Savannah (Georgia), with studio work taking place in Atlanta. Here are the spoiler-free filming locations of the movie:

Lady and the Tramp restaurant
The scene pictured was shot at E Upper Factors Walk, near Savannah City Hall and the 19th-century warehouse restaurant Vic's On the River. Restaurant road and the Noodle Parlor seem to be (or at least, to be inspired by) one of the alleys with metal pedestrian bridges in Factors Walk, behind River St.

Savannah's Cathedral of St. John the Baptist is also featured in the film. However, Darling and Jim Dear's gorgeous house is not located across the park, as is shown in the opening scene.
