Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again takes us back to the fictional island of Kalokairi, in Greece. This time we will follow a young version of Donna, going off on her travels, and meeting on the way three handsome men, Sophie's dads.

The sequel of the smashing hit blockbuster contains a pantheon of celebrities. Lily James, who already exercised her vocal chords singing in Baby Driver and Cinderella, is starring the film. Cher is acting as a guest star, and the returning cast includes Hollywood stars Meryl Streep, Amanda Seyfried, Pierce Brosnan, Colin Firth and Dominic Cooper.

The original 2008 film was filmed in the Greek island of Skopelos. However, on this occasion the production is not going again to the Hellenic country. Mamma Mia 2 was filmed in the splendid island of Vis, off Croatia’s Dalmatian coast. This romantic musical comedy was also partially filmed at various locations across Oxfordshire in England.
