Barry’s Bay in Every Year After

Snug Cove, the picturesque waterfront gateway to Bowen Island, is the main location where Barry’s Bay was filmed.
Located a short ferry ride from Vancouver, the shot pictured and featured many times throughout the series is not a lake but Howe Sound at Deep Bay.

The spot with the Barry’s Bay sign is on the Lagoon Causeway, the bridge and seawall linking the Lagoon area to Snug Cove.
Built in 1925, this is the same location used for the fishing scene with Chantal and Jordie in episode six.

The Florek beach is a cove in Minaty Bay, on the shores of Howe Sound near Britannia Beach in the Sea-to-Sky Corridor region.
This location has been used in several productions, including the Disney series Percy Jackson and the Olympians.

Stedman's General Store is the historic Union Steamship Company gift store in Snug Cove.
This coastal transport and tourism company, which operated from the late 19th century to the mid-20th century, helped transform Snug Cove into a popular resort destination.
