The Waterfront Havenport
According to local press reports, the Havenport hospital scenes were filmed at the Wilmington Chamber of Commerce, located on the east side of the Cape Fear River.

Carter County
The Carter County Courthouse is the post office in downtown Wilmington.

Havenport High School
The Havenport High School swimming competition scene was filmed at the Wrightsville Beach Outrigger Canoe Club, located next to the River to the Sea Bikeway bridge.

This is the same bridge where Shawn (Rafael Silva) is seen cycling in the second episode, "Taking Control".

The Waterfront locations
The Buckley Fishery waterfront façade and restaurant buildings were CGI'd into the Old Yacht Basin in Southport, a charming waterfront district.

In the spot where the restaurant is located in the series, there is just a parking lot in real life.

The Waterfront restaurant
The exterior of Buckley Seafood is actually the Fishy Fishy Cafe, whose interior also appears in the series as the Buckley Crab Shack.

However, the restaurant’s elegant interior was likely filmed on a studio set.

Morningstar Marinas in Southport
Featured in several boating scenes, the Morningstar Marinas in Southport is located just a short walk from Buckley Fishery and the restaurant.

Havenport Hardware store
The Havenport Hardware store where Jenna works is actually the William E. Poole Designs office in Downtown Riverfront, Wilmington.

Greenfield Lake Park in Wilmington
The swamp scene in the first episode, "Almost Okay," featuring Harlan (Holt McCallany) and his son Cane (Jake Weary), was filmed at Greenfield Lake Park in Wilmington, a natural area home to a colony of hungry alligators.

The Waterfront house
Diller (Brady Hepner) lives in a three-bedroom house in the Audubon/Devon Park neighborhood of Wilmington.

Built in 2019, the property is relatively new and has an estimated market value of around $730,000.

The motel is the Suites On Market in Wilmington, where rooms typically cost around $75 per night.

As reported by the Wilmington Star-News, the Southern Alliance Bank was filmed at the Thalian Hall Center for the Performing Arts, a historic 19th-century theater and former city hall in Wilmington.

This scene with Grady (Topher Grace) and Dillon in the sixth episode, "Hunting Season," was filmed with the J.W. Brooks Wholesale Grocer warehouse on Wilmington’s Water Street serving as the background.
