Set in the fictional town of Hadley Falls, Best Christmas Ever! was filmed almost entirely in Utah.

Heather Graham stars as Charlotte Sanders in Netflix's feel-good holiday comedy. Charlotte decides to pay a surprise visit to her old college friend Jackie to see if she really lives the perfect life she describes in a newsletter.

Charlotte Sanders home in Arizona
In the movie, the Sanders live in an apartment in Arizona. However, their two-bedroom condo was actually filmed in a Salt Lake City suburb in Cottonwood.

According to Realtor.com, the Sanders are not doing so bad: located in a nice neighborhood, this property has an estimated value of more than $300,000.

Best Christmas Ever house in Utah
The house that Rob would like to buy and fix up is located at 235 South 600 East in the central historic district of Salt Lake City.

Built in the 1880's, this beautiful example of old architecture is protected from demolition.

Although some repairs have been made over the years, the structure still awaits a thorough restoration.

Hadley Falls, Utah

Hadley Falls Utah
Lined with historic buildings, Payson's Main Street served as the perfect backdrop for most of the scenes set on the streets of Hadley Falls, the town where the life is better.

This quaint Utah town was also a featured location in the 2009 Disney movie Hatching Pete and in the 2004 Mormon comedy Baptists at Our Barbecue.

Jackie Jennings' opulent home is the Summerhouse Farms mansion, located between Heber City and Charleston, Utah.

Surrounded by the stunning Wasatch Back Mountains, the house sits on 50 acres near the Provo River.

Maybe you can have your own Home Alone house? This gorgeous and spacious country farmhouse can be rented for weddings and other events.

Though not featured in the movie, the property's farm and gardens are adjacent to the house, with livestock that produce fresh eggs and honey.


Annual Christmas Pageant
The annual Christmas pageant and Santa's workshop scenes were filmed in Payson's central Memorial Park.

Hadley Falls Bank
The Hadley Falls Bank scene was filmed at the Grand Valley Bank in Heber City.

This is the old Bank Block building, the first bank in the town, built in 1904 of red sandstone cut from the Lake Creek Quarry.

Historic Downtown Payson
The scene pictured, where the girls are looking for the ninja warrior, was also filmed in Payson, at the 'Eli's Old Fashioned Ice Cream and Soda Shop' on Main Street.

Warrior Shushi restaurant
The Warrior Shushi restaurant is actually the Heber Valley Brewing Company at 501 North Main Street, serving fresh craft beer instead of miso soups.
