The Mountainhead house

In real life, Mountainhead mansion is a newly built house on the eastern side of Park City, offering stunning views of Jordanelle Reservoir.
This luxurious home features 7 bedrooms, 16 bathrooms, and over 21,000 square feet of living space, along with exceptional amenities.

Global high-end real estate company Engel & Völkers described the Deer Valley house as the 'pinnacle of ultra-luxury mountain living'.
From the central staircase, you can look down through seven storeys, a result of removing 4,000 truckloads of dirt to create a structure that extends all the way down to a full-sized basketball court.

As seen in the movie, the house features a variety of amenities, including a two-lane bowling alley, an indoor climbing wall, and a theatre room.
What the movie doesn’t show are a mini James Bond–style ski gondola, a state-of-the-art golf simulator, and an interior screen that spans an entire wall.

The property also boasts a private spa with a steam room and dry sauna, perfect for sweating out toxins during a business deal.
The stunning outdoor infinity pool and jacuzzi are set amidst over 5,000 square feet of heated patio space.

Designed by renowned architect Michael Upwall, the mansion creates the illusion of being fully immersed in the surrounding mountain landscape.
Got some spare change? Considered the most expensive home in Utah, it sold in 2024 for a staggering $60,500,000.
Where was Mountainhead filmed?

The Traam social network headquarters seen at the beginning of the movie was filmed at Adobe’s Lehi campus.
Originally established in 2012 following Adobe’s acquisition of Omniture, this expansive complex serves as a major hub for the company’s digital marketing operations.

The four Brewsters are: Steve Carell as Randall Garrett, a terminally ill investor seeking digital immortality; Jason Schwartzman as Hugo 'Souper' Van Yalk, the underachieving founder of the wellness app Slowzo; Cory Michael Smith as Venis 'Ven' Parish, CEO of the social media platform Traam; and Ramy Youssef as Jeff Abredazi, owner of the AI company Bilter.
